Shipping and Returns Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Presently, 99% of our inventory is being kept at our new weekend storefront's location, far away from where we actually live. Hence, ALL ORDERS SHIP ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, and orders will deliver within 5-7 days of order shipment, using standard USPS delivery options.
Our flat shipping rates are: $5 for smaller lightweight orders, $10 for bulkier or heavier orders containing multiple ceramic dishes, books, plushies, or Gundam products.
Our *made-to-order* accessories advertising “Free Shipping with 3-4 Week Estimated Delivery Time” will be shipped separately from other items, and these are ordered on-demand, shipped directly to you from overseas through a supplier. Shipping rates for other items still apply.
